The Learning & Development Attorney is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that support the professional growth and success of attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff across the firm. This role combines personal injury litigation expertise with instructional design and attorney development experience to create high-impact learning initiatives that strengthen legal skills, case outcomes, client service, and firm performance. The Learning & Development Attorney will report to the Chief Learning Officer, Mentorship & Professional Development, and partner closely with firm leadership, practice group leaders, trial attorneys, subject matter experts, to ensure training programs are practical, engaging, legally accurate, and aligned with the firm's strategic goals.
