This role is pivotal in aligning learning initiatives with business goals, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and elevating employee performance through impactful learning design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field required
  • Minimum 5 years in learning design, managing complex learning projects in a fast-paced corporate environment, and expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning theory, and learning technologies (e.g., LMS, authoring tools) required

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
  • Design Thinking/Instructional Design Certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of learning designers to deliver high-quality, learner-centric solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and priorities to ensure on-time delivery of learning programs.
  • Oversee the design and development of engaging learning experiences including eLearning, blended learning, and performance support tools. Ensure learning solutions are data-driven, scalable, and aligned with adult learning principles and business strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to understand business needs and translate them into effective learning strategies; collaborate with subject matter experts, HR, and operational leaders to co-create solutions that support workforce development and organizational growth.
  • Champion innovation in learning design by integrating emerging technologies, gamification, and adaptive learning techniques. Establish and uphold standards for instructional design quality, accessibility, and effectiveness.
  • Define success metrics and evaluate the impact of learning programs on business performance and employee development; continuously improve learning offerings based on feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs.
