Requirements

A creative instructional designer with strong foundational knowledge of adult learning principles.
Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Articulate 360, Microsoft Office suite, LMS platforms, and emerging technologies.
Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, related field or equivalent clinical training or Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) experience.

Responsibilities

Design & Innovate: Create dynamic, interactive learning experiences utilizing technology such as AR, VR, and AI.
Collaborate & Lead: Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to deliver training that drives competency and engagement.
Manage & Optimize: Assist in overseeing learning plans, track progress, and ensure compliance through our Learning Management System (LMS).
Stay Ahead: Explore new trends and technologies to keep our learning programs fresh, immersive, and effective
