Under the direction of the Learning and Development Manager-Mechanical, this position will assess, develop, and revise departmental educational content based on contractual, occupational, technical, or regulatory needs or requirements. Interest and curiosity for the passenger transportation industry. Development work split for this position: Instructor led=80-90%, E-learning=10-20%. Need to provide variety of work samples/portfolio prior to interview.
