We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer and eLearning Content Developer to support our global learning and development transformation. In this role, you will support the design and development of content for asynchronous / eLearning, instructor led training (ILT) and virtual instructor led training (VILT). In addition, you will be responsible for designing high-quality, polished and instructionally sound training decks used for live, virtual, and hybrid trainings. You will leverage your understanding of instructional design principles and your proficiency to create high-quality training solutions that meet the needs of our learners. This role requires deep expertise in learning experience design, including learner interactions and modern learning platforms, as well as deep proficiency in PowerPoint (or equivalent presentation tools) with the ability to translate complex, technical, process or abstract concepts into clear, visually compelling, facilitator-ready materials. This position is based in our HQ in Costa Mesa, CA and is expected to be in the office minimum 3 days a week.
