Our vision is to build 1,000+ homes per year by becoming the finest custom home builder in the U.S.A. As our Learning & Development Manager, you’ll own training and development at Brown Haven Homes. You’ll build training plans for every corner of the business. You’ll partner with hiring managers to create 30-60-90 day plans that get new team members up to speed. And you’ll make sure our people keep growing long after onboarding ends. This isn’t a role where you hand out binders. You’ll get out in the field, sit with our teams, learn how the work actually gets done, and turn that into training people want to use.

Requirements

• Proven L&D Experience (3+ years building and delivering training programs, ideally across multiple departments or roles)
• Experience building training for both field and office teams
• Designed onboarding and 30-60-90 day plans across multiple departments
• Comfortable leading and addressing questions
• Tech-Savvy & Adaptable
• Willing to Travel

Nice To Haves

• Construction or homebuilding experience is a big plus
• A bachelor’s is preferred
• Experience with an LMS, Greenhouse, Asana, or HubSpot is a plus
