The Learning and Development Manager (L&D Manager) will design, develop, implement, and continuously improve training programs that build capability across every level of the organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Operations, Leadership, and corporate teams, collaborating with subject matter experts to capture organizational knowledge and transform it into engaging learning experiences for adult learners. The role owns the development of a comprehensive training framework, LMS administration, curriculum development, manager development, and succession planning initiatives. This position requires roughly 25% travel, estimated one week per month.
