The Learning and Development Generalist supports enterprise-wide people development strategies as part of the Learning Services Center of Excellence. This role functions as a learning specialist responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of engaging virtual, in-person, and video-conferenced learning experiences for associates across the organization. The position partners closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and Human Resources Business Partners to assess learning needs and develop targeted solutions, while also executing the operational aspects of learning programs, including learning technology administration, training coordination, and measurement of learning effectiveness.
