About The Position
Atlantic Health’s Hire Learner Nurse Residency Program is a one-year program focused on building a solid foundation for your nursing career. The program includes classroom, simulation, and unit-based preceptorship while focusing on the continuum of care. This program aims to promote the development of professional relationships across the interdisciplinary team, strengthen self-confidence and competence in providing leadership at the point of care, foster professional growth and personal satisfaction through individual development plans, improve knowledge of policies, procedures, and resources, and increase clinical competence and confidence. Atlantic Health is a leading non-profit health care system in the nation, headquartered in Morristown, New Jersey, with numerous facilities and sites of care across the state. Requirements
- Non-BSN graduates will be required to complete their BSN within 5 years of employment.
- All participants are asked to agree to a 2-year employment commitment at Atlantic Health.
- An official transcript and two letters of recommendation from nursing instructors will be required once you are in the interview process.
