About The Position

Lear Corporation seeks motivated and enthusiastic students to join the 2027 Summer Internship Program. This program provides hands-on experience in a global automotive technology company, offering exposure to real-world business challenges and opportunities to work alongside experienced professionals. Internship opportunities may be available across a variety of functions, including Engineering, Finance, Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Quality, Information Technology, and other key business areas.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's from an accredited college or university
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

Supporting day-to-day departmental activities and projects
Assisting with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
Conducting research and presenting findings and recommendations
Participating in meetings, training sessions, and team events
Gaining exposure to Lear’s manufacturing plants, corporate functions, and operational processes
Completing special projects and assignments as needed
