About The Position

The Leadperson must be able to oversee the daily operations of the department while maintaining production goals as set by Management. This person must be able to tactfully coordinate their department in a manner to promote safety and quality standards, as well as aid in the development of all employees under their leadership.

• Must be able to use staple & nail guns, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices and other equipment as required by the specific job
