Requirements

Aptitude for technical problem solving.
Familiarity with building codes and current laws/regulations.
Ability to maintain clean and orderly tools/work area.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Must have working knowledge of all trade materials, equipment and tools.
Hold an active Colorado Journeyman License in good standing.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and allocate work to employees in accordance with directions.
Request equipment, materials, and consumables as required within limits of authority.
Monitor the use of materials, care of equipment and facility to minimize waste and damage.
Ensure equipment and tools are secure and used correctly.
Ensure that all reports are constantly employed efficiently and effectively.
Ensure all work is carried out to quality and specification requirements with documentation.
Provide a safe work environment for you, RK crews, and all job site personnel.
Ensure housekeeping is ongoing by maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
Provide leadership and direction.
Liaise and interface with applicable leadership as needed.
Perform some layout activities.
Perform equipment start up with associated documentation.
Technical trouble shooting and diagnostics when needed.
Contributes to the development and improvement of concepts, techniques and procedures.
Perform quality control inspections.
Other duties as assigned.
Manage at least (6) electricians with given tasks and observe correct techniques and workmanship manner.
