About The Position

We are currently hiring Leadman Electricians to work on commercial electrical projects in the Greater Oklahoma City, OK area. Experience in commercial new construction or remodels is required. This role is ideal for strong commercial electricians. This is a full-time position for a project expected to last approximately 4 months and can continue with travel after if after project completion. Work will begin on-site in Oklahoma City, OK. with additional projects available in Oklahoma and Texas and surrounding states for those open to travel after project completion. Travel and AirBNB is paid along with per diem and mileage (drive time included) when working on out-of-town projects.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
8000+ Hours of electrician experience
Must have experience and ability to lead small to medium size projects (2-4 electricians)
Valid state issued Driver’s License
Current OSHA 10 certificate
Ability to pass a criminal background check

Nice To Haves

Formal trade school or apprentice program completion preferred
Current state Electrical Apprentice license preferred

Responsibilities

Must have experience and ability to leads small to medium size projects (2-4 electricians)
Expert knowledge of electrical theory
Understands and applies NEC code knowledge
Advanced understanding of NEC calculations
Able to perform any type of bend with all bender types
Installs raceways, boxes, and cables
Assist with wire pulling activities
Installs light fixtures, devices, and cover plates
Assists with installation of switchboards
Installs panels, breakers, and transformers
Connects branch circuits including terminations and panels and equipment
Performs basic testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems
Basic knowledge of various control systems and components
Reads and interprets blueprints and schematics
Performs other related duties as required
