About The Position

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Leadman who is a confident and enthusiastic individual and can maintain the appearance and environmental compliance at the Facility. This position will require high visibility to traffic and must wear PPE to keep eye to eye contact with other employees. Also, this position will require picking and sorting construction and demolition material on facility processing line, performs cleaning functions. In addition, duties may include sweeping, shoveling, scraping, painting, and housekeeping.

Requirements

Handle tools, equipment, fine motor skills
Reach with hands and arms
Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet
Occasionally must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

Picking and Sorting C&D material on processing line.
Supporting plant housekeeping in sweeping, shoveling, picking windblown litter, and raking.
Wearing proper PPE including gloves, hard hat, safety glasses, high-vis vest, safety toe boots and mask.
Follows standard safety procedures
Work Overtime as needed
Preform other duties as assigned
