Responsibilities

Lead and manage departments such as Center Store, Wine and Spirits, Bakery, Meat, Operations, or Produce.
Utilize creativity and passion in departments like Bakery and Produce.
Work hands-on with products in departments like Meat.
Support store success by flexing between departments, assisting with cashier duties, maintaining high store standards, and helping with evening closing as part of the Operations team.
Act as a manager-on-duty, resolving guest concerns, ensuring safety, and assisting wherever needed to maintain smooth operations.
