About The Position

Executive Education at Mays Business School is growing, and we're looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about helping organizations solve complex business challenges. Our team partners with companies across Texas and beyond to bring industry and academia together through customized executive learning experiences, strategic partnerships, and thought leadership. We work alongside faculty and business leaders to create research-informed, practical solutions that help organizations build leadership capability and improve performance. As we continue to expand, we're interested in connecting with talented professionals who want to help build the future of Executive Education at Texas A&M University.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Leadership Studies, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of professional experience in executive education, leadership development, organizational development, consulting, talent development, corporate learning, or a related field.
• Business acumen with curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to service.
• Experience in Executive Education, Consulting, Higher Education, Learning & Development, Professional Services, Business Development, or Corporate Leadership.
• An MBA or other relevant graduate degree is preferred for many leadership positions, although significant professional experience is equally valued.
• Build authentic, long-term relationships.
• Think strategically while remaining highly collaborative.

• Comfortable working in a growing, evolving organization.

• Leading cross-functional teams from opportunity through successful program delivery.
• Helping build the systems, processes, and work environment that support a growing organization.
