Berglund Automotive is seeking proven automotive leaders to join our dealership group in General Manager, Sales Manager, and Service Manager roles. Requirements
- Proven automotive dealership management experience
- A strong record of achieving sales, profitability, productivity, or customer-satisfaction goals
- The ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performing employees
- Strong business judgment and financial understanding
- Clear communication and consistent accountability
- A customer-focused and team-oriented leadership style
- The flexibility to be considered for opportunities across Central and Southwest Virginia
Responsibilities
- Lead overall dealership performance, including sales, fixed operations, profitability, employee development, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive vehicle sales, gross profit, inventory performance, and team development.
- Lead service operations with a focus on productivity, profitability, technician development, customer retention, and quality.
