Responsibilities

Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Explain products and services clearly and professionally
Assist clients with applications, enrollments, and policy updates
Build strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional service
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
Deliver a positive client experience throughout every interaction
Participate in structured leadership training and mentorship
Learn directly from experienced leaders and managers
Develop communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Collaborate within a supportive, performance-driven remote team
Utilize modern virtual technology to improve productivity and client service
