Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and online platforms
  • Educate clients on available benefit and protection programs
  • Build strong relationships through professionalism and exceptional service
  • Assist clients with applications and enrollment processes
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up communications
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to drive results
  • Participate in leadership training and development programs
  • Continuously improve communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
