About The Position

The Senior Leadership Development Business Partner is a senior individual contributor within the Talent Management Center of Excellence, responsible for delivering high impact leadership development experiences for executive and senior-level leaders alongside their peers on the Talent Management team. This role serves as a trusted advisor and coach, supporting leadership effectiveness, enterprise capability building, and strategic talent priorities. The role blends expert facilitation, executive and senior-leader coaching, and leadership program delivery, with a strong emphasis on applied development, behavioral change, and alignment to business strategy.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience (or more) in leadership development, executive facilitation, and coaching
  • Demonstrated experience working with executive and senior-level leaders in large, complex organizations (Fortune 500 or equivalent)
  • Proven success facilitating leadership programs and coaching senior leaders
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Executive or leadership coaching certification (e.g., ICF, EMCC, or equivalent) strongly preferred
  • Experience with leadership assessments and diagnostic tools preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Leadership, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate enterprise leadership development programs for executives, senior leaders, and high potential talent both virtually and in-person
  • Deliver interactive, experiential learning aligned to the organization’s leadership framework, values, and business priorities
  • Lead senior-level workshops, leadership forums, and offsite sessions
  • Partner with internal colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery
  • Provide individual and group coaching to executive and senior leaders focused on leadership effectiveness, influence, change leadership, and team performance
  • Establish clear coaching contracts, goals, and measures of impact aligned to business outcomes
  • Support leaders through transitions, role expansion, and enterprise change initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and credibility as a trusted, objective coaching partner
  • Design and propose evolving strategy for enterprise leadership development programs and curricula
  • Customize facilitation approaches to meet the needs of diverse leadership populations
  • Translate leadership frameworks and assessment insights into practical development experiences
  • Integrate assessment data (e.g., 360 feedback, leadership diagnostics) into facilitation and coaching
  • Partner with Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders to align leadership development efforts with succession, readiness, and enterprise talent priorities
  • Serve as a thought partner within the Talent Management COE on leadership development trends and best practices
  • Support broader enterprise talent initiatives where leadership capability is critical to success
