We’re hiring a motivated Sales Representative who is interested in more than just hitting targets — someone who wants to grow into leadership. This role is part of our structured Sales-to-Leadership Development Track, designed to develop high-performing sales professionals into future Team Leads and Managers. You’ll begin by mastering our sales process and delivering strong results. From there, you’ll gain mentorship, coaching, and opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities. The role involves conducting virtual meetings with prospective clients, understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions, managing pipeline and client follow-ups, meeting and exceeding performance metrics, and participating in ongoing training and professional development. As you progress, you will support onboarding and mentoring of new team members, assist with team training sessions, contribute to process improvements, and take on increasing leadership responsibilities as performance grows.
