The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed for people who are curious about business at a whole level, who want to understand how strategy, technology, operations, sales, and client service connect, and who are willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute meaningfully while they learn. Over your first two years you will work across departments, take on real projects, and build the kind of cross-functional knowledge that most people spend a decade trying to get. During your first two years, you will rotate through departments and projects across the business. You will not be a passive observer. You will be assigned real work, real responsibilities, and real accountability. Some of what you work on will matter to the company immediately.
