About The Position

JB Poindexter & Co (JBPCO) is a diversified manufacturing company seeking future leaders through its Manufacturing Leadership Development Program. This two-year rotation program is designed to offer an accelerated path to senior leadership roles in operations or supply chain within one of JBPCO's businesses. Participants will gain exposure to senior leaders, develop an Individual Development Plan, and complete six-month rotations in operations or supply chain positions at manufacturing sites in the Elkhart, IN/Sturgis, MI and Reading, PA/Morgantown, PA areas. Upon successful completion, candidates will be offered a leadership position within the United States, requiring flexibility in location.

Requirements

• 2025-2026 M.B.A. degree from an accredited four-year university with a focus on operations, supply chain, business, or entrepreneurship.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on supply chain or mechanical engineering experience on the plant floor working directly for a discrete manufacturer (e.g., automotive, machinery, durable goods).
• Proven manufacturing experience in demonstrating measurable achievements, preferably in management or leadership roles, either before or after completing an advanced degree.
• Experience in operations, supply chain, or engineering.
• Roles in leadership positions in school and or at work.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong and lasting relationships.
• Willingness to be flexible in terms of location during and after the program.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably with a G.P.A. of 3.5 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotation program with six-month assignments in operations or supply chain positions.
• Develop an Individual Development Plan to guide a comprehensive learning experience.
• Gain direct access to senior leaders across multiple companies and the corporate office.
• Learn about operations and the broader business unit during rotations.
• Be flexible in terms of location during and after the program.
• Potentially relocate during the program.
