About The Position

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed for recent college graduates who are curious about business at a high level and want to understand how strategy, technology, operations, sales, and client service connect. Over the first two years, participants will work across departments, take on real projects, and build cross-functional knowledge. This program is for individuals willing to contribute meaningfully while they learn, aiming to grow with the company from day one. It is not a training program but the beginning of a career, offering multiple openings for sharp, hungry individuals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field (recent graduates and May/December completers welcome)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Burr Ridge, Illinois
Genuine interest in business, technology, or client-facing work
A work ethic that does not require a lot of hand-holding

Responsibilities

Rotate through departments and projects across the business during the first two years.
Be assigned real work, real responsibilities, and real accountability.
Work alongside leaders in Technology, Sales, Client Services, and Operations to understand the business from every angle.
Take on projects tied to immediate business needs, supporting initiatives with direct impact.
Learn how Sepire's technology platform, CompliChain, works and its value to clients in regulated industries.
Develop an understanding of how enterprise clients are won, served, and retained.
Contribute to the company's growth in a hands-on way.
Identify areas where skills and interests align best for long-term career path development.
