FMI's Training Institute is seeking a collaborative and engaging Leadership Development Facilitator to support the continued growth of our Custom Cohort Programs, a rapidly expanding offering that delivers multi-session leadership development experiences for construction industry clients. For more than 70 years, FMI has partnered with organizations across the built environment to develop exceptional leaders and build stronger, more profitable businesses. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about facilitation, adult learning, and leadership development and is eager to grow alongside an experienced team of consultant facilitators. As a Leadership Development Facilitator, you'll partner with Senior Facilitators to deliver highly interactive learning experiences that help leaders strengthen their skills and drive meaningful change within their organizations. This is not a traditional trainer role. Success in this position requires the ability to read the room, adapt to different client environments, facilitate meaningful discussion, and tailor the learning experience to each cohort. You'll gain experience working with a variety of construction organizations while building your facilitation and consulting capabilities through coaching, observation, and hands-on delivery. Travel is approximately 50% - 70%, primarily for client program delivery throughout the United States. This is a full time position which can be remote but with preference given to candidates located near FMI’s Raleigh, NC or Denver, CO offices. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. FMI is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
