The Leadership Development Associate rotates through customer-facing and operational responsibilities, works directly with customers and coworkers, supports team goals and daily priorities, and participates in coaching and leadership-development activities. This is an on-site position involving regular face-to-face interaction. It is intended for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes. The role is described as a starting point for an entry-level candidate who is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience may be helpful, and transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may be relevant.
