About The Position

The Leadership Development Associate rotates through customer-facing and operational responsibilities, working directly with customers and coworkers while supporting team goals and daily priorities. The role also involves participating in coaching and leadership-development activities. This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction, designed for someone comfortable engaging directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes. Related experience can be helpful, and transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may be relevant.
