The Leadership Coach supports aspiring school leaders participating in the IMPACT Arkansas Principal Fellows Program by providing individualized coaching designed to develop their leadership knowledge, skills, dispositions, and readiness to serve as transformative leaders for high-needs Arkansas schools. The Leadership Coach is responsible for overseeing multifaceted initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of current IMPACT Arkansas fellows and alumni of the program. The IMPACT Arkansas Principal Fellows Program is an innovative educational leadership preparation program offered by the University of Arkansas College of Education and Health Professions. This position is remote from the University of Arkansas Fayetteville campus; however, the Leadership Coach is expected to engage in periodic in-person coaching and program activities, such as the Summer Symposium. The person must reside in the State of Arkansas or be willing to relocate to the State of Arkansas to carry out the duties of this position. No relocation funds are available for this position. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
