The ultimate responsibility of this role is to create additional bandwidth and capacity for a DPR Leadership Team member for Sales + Marketing (Get Work), while also supporting the effectiveness of the broader Get Work Leadership Team, including leaders across Marketing and Get Work Centers of Excellence. This role will provide primary executive support to the Sales & Marketing Leader, while also offering shared administrative and coordination support to the broader Get Work leadership team where appropriate. This may include assisting leadership team members with calendaring, travel coordination, expense management, meeting logistics, and preparation of materials. This role helps ensure leaders are organized, prepared, and able to focus on the highest-value work by improving coordination, communication, and follow-through across leadership priorities and initiatives. This is a trusted role that requires discretion and implied confidentiality. Over time, the individual will be expected to identify—and eventually anticipate—administrative and process-oriented needs, helping streamline activities that enable leaders and teams to operate more effectively.
