About The Position
BAART Programs and MedMark Treatment Centers are seeking compassionate, dedicated professionals to join their Northern California teams. They are building a pipeline of candidates for leadership and counselor opportunities supporting individuals on their path to recovery. Opportunities may be available in San Francisco, Antioch, Carmichael, Sacramento, San Mateo, Richmond, and Vallejo. The team provides respectful, evidence-based care in a structured and supportive environment where patients can focus on recovery and building healthier futures.
Requirements
- Compassionate, dedicated professionals.
- Experienced leader or counseling professional committed to substance use disorder treatment.
- Licensed, Certified, and Registered Counselor Roles (for counselor opportunities).
- Counselor Opportunities at Varying Experience Levels.
Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals on their path to recovery.
- Guiding teams.
- Supporting patients.
- Strengthening recovery services.
- Providing respectful, evidence-based care in a structured and supportive environment.
- Streamlining case notes and administrative tasks using AI-supported clinical documentation tools.
- Developing skills and exploring opportunities to grow within a nationwide organization focused on behavioral health and recovery services.
