Requirements

  • At least 7+ years' experience in partner sales and/or strategy, planning, engineering, operations supporting a sales organization.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface will all levels of management, both internal and external.
  • Strong leadership skills in a teaming environment coupled with strong knowledge of selling solutions to Cisco’s partners.
  • A good understanding Cisco partner models.

  • Ability to transition from strategic thinking to leading and solving tactical issues.
  • Consistent record to influence and lead outside of organization and across roles and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership within the Partner Sales Organization and align groups along with tactical execution.
  • Participate with senior leadership and peers in aligned organization to establish strategic plans, tactical implementation, and team objectives.
  • Make decisions on operational matters and ensures the operations' effective achievement of quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Influences key decision makers through effective communications to drive key initiatives with Partners and Cisco Sales.
  • Own the creation and execution of Cisco Sales Segment Business Reviews, team-wide calls, announcements and presentations.
  • Apply knowledge of Cisco's business strategies to proactively anticipate business needs based on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Acting as a change agent to transform the sales and partner experience by improving the operational environment as the business continues to evolve.
