About The Position

We are a closely held, rapidly growing cybersecurity company with plans to profitably scale revenue by +2.5x in 5 years. As the company grows, we are building a more intentional, disciplined, and scalable approach to strategy, planning, and execution. The Strategy & Planning Lead is a newly created role within the Office of the CFO, designed to serve as a force multiplier to executive leadership. This individual will work directly with the CFO and closely with the entire executive team to help define strategy, translate it into actionable plans, and ensure the organization executes against those plans effectively. This is a high‑trust, high‑impact individual contributor role. You will be SBS’ architect for strategic growth, helping to create hundreds of millions of dollars in enterprise value. We lead with people — not products. We believe culture is a competitive advantage, and we protect it as fiercely as we protect our clients’ data. Passion, compassion, innovation, and empowerment guide how we show up every day. Your work directly impacts how community banks, credit unions, and other regulated industries protect their future.
