The Nutrition and Food Services Leader 1 coordinates functions and activities in the food service area of responsibility. Takes personal responsibility for creating a positive work group experience. Ability to work as a Nutrition Assistant based on the needs of the department. Completes any data required for financial and productivity reporting, as appropriate. Maintains responsible area in an orderly, safe and sanitary condition according to Hazard Critical Control Points (HACCP) and County Health Department guidelines.
