We are looking for a senior, onshore techno-functional consultant to lead program governance and execution oversight for a Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation. This role will act as the central coordination layer across business, technology, and vendor teams, ensuring structured execution, alignment, and successful delivery. The consultant will bring a strong blend of program management expertise and Deposco WMS techno-functional knowledge, while also supporting key project management responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in WMS implementations, program management, or supply chain technology consulting
  • Strong techno-functional expertise in warehouse management systems
  • Proven experience in program governance and cross-functional coordination
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate in high-visibility, client-facing roles

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage a structured program governance framework, including cadence, reporting, and decision-making protocols
  • Develop and track an integrated program plan aligned to implementation phases
  • Ensure adherence to key milestones, timelines, and delivery outcomes
  • Act as the primary liaison across internal stakeholders, leadership teams, and external vendors
  • Facilitate status meetings, working sessions, and steering committees
  • Provide oversight and validation of vendor execution plans
  • Review system configurations, design decisions, and integration approaches
  • Ensure alignment between system capabilities, operational workflows, and business requirements
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Drive escalation management and timely resolution
  • Provide structured reporting on program health, risks, and key decisions
  • Enable visibility and support executive-level decision-making
