In support of the Student Affairs Learning Outcomes, the Wellness and Recreation team manages multiple fitness and recreation facilities and coordinates a variety of on- and off-campus recreation and wellness education programming. Along with professional staff and graduate assistants, the Lead Well-being Programming Assistant is responsible for supporting services, resources, and programs related to holistic well-being education for students with a focus on physical activity, stress management, nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, and overall well-being. The Lead Well-being Programming Assistant strives to create welcoming experiences that contribute to the University by building community, increasing the students’ pride in Chapman University, and improving students’ healthy sense of self. The Lead Well-being Programming Assistant is an employee in the Department of Student Engagement and the Division of Student Affairs.
