About The Position

Factory Motor Parts is seeking an energetic, highly motivated Lead Operations Associate to work in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment. The role involves warehouse operations and may also include safely, promptly, and accurately delivering automotive parts to customers using a company-provided vehicle, depending on location needs. Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Positive work ethic.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers.
• Valid Class C or D driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift experience.
• Class A or B driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull customer orders.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts.
• Stock shelves as inventory arrives.
• Maintain warehouse organization.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Write customer returns accurately.
• Handle hazardous materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Depending on location needs, safely and accurately deliver automotive parts to customers in a timely manner using a company-provided vehicle.
