Requirements

  • High School, Some College and or Degree
  • Previous accounting, inventory management or procurement experience preferred
  • 1 year of Lead or Supervisory Experience preferred but not required
  • Colorado Driver’s License
  • Proficient computer skills, Excel, Word, Coupa, MaintainX, OnBase
  • Oral and Written English Proficiency
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • 3-4 Years Parts and or inventory clerk experience.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory control management and budget compliance
  • Daily parts ordering from vendors
  • Receiving shipments
  • Coordinating returns
  • Guide technicians when ordering parts in a timely manner
  • Completion of purchasing and receiving
  • Parts inventory
  • Cycle counts
  • Operate without direct supervision while adhering to and enforcing shop and company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
  • Prepare purchase orders in accordance with company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
  • Working with Accounts Payable: Invoicing, reconciling, making sure vendors are paid accurately and on time.
  • Responsible for maintaining timely and accurate inventory counts.
  • Audits maintenance tracking software (MaintainX) to ensure proper work order completion regarding parts.
  • Submission and tracking of all warranty parts, ensuring full use of warranty claims including parts returns and credits.
  • Learn frequency of parts usage and house stock of frequently used items.
  • Effectively communicate parts order status and availability with shop leadership and personal.
  • Create and establish a strong working relationship with co-workers, procurement and all vendors for the vehicle shop.
  • Demonstrate strong organization, prioritization and problem-solving skills.
  • Other duties as assigned
