About The Position

Serves as a senior-level Vehicle Operations Logistics Coordinator. Contacts customers to determine and/or verify vehicle availability and condition. Schedules vehicle pick-up and delivery with customers and transporters. Plans appropriately for daily work and projects, including the work of other team members. Reconciles logistics-related issues that may arise. Ensures customers, transporters, managers, and others are advised of problems or obstacles in a timely and organized fashion. Monitors and reports on customer compliance and transporter performance. Compiles vehicle transportation-related data and generates reports. Serves as a coach and mentor to less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Must work at a specified Cox location
• Must clear a pre-employment drug test (marijuana excluded for this position, but drug-free workplace policies apply)
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.
