About The Position

This role is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to customers at all times, facilitating valet operations to ensure timely service, and assisting with parking and retrieving vehicles as needed. The Lead Valet Attendant will greet incoming guests, report any vehicles parked without a pass, and maintain an accurate inventory of guest vehicles. Additionally, this position involves providing directions and information about the local area.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.

• Assist with parking and retrieving vehicles as needed.
• Greet incoming guest looking for parking.
• Report any vehicles parked without a parking pass.
• Keep accurate inventory of all guest overnight and daily vehicles.
