About The Position

This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies for the upkeep and management of training environments that closely resemble production settings. This role involves addressing usability and ongoing training needs, collaborating with Healthcare Informatics and Clinical Application Teams, and ensuring the highest quality of training environments. Will lead and direct complex, large projects for all training environments; oversees and partner on smaller and medium projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR four (4) years of relevant work experience.
  • 5 years of progressively responsible professional work experience providing computer-based software training, support, project management or a closely related field.
  • EPIC - EPIC Certification: Must obtain the appropriate Epic certification for the specific area of assigned responsibility within the first 90 days of employment if not already completed.
