Requirements
- Previous barista experience (lead or trainer experience preferred)
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and developing others
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the floor, delivering exceptional service and beverage quality
- Train and mentor new and existing partners, ensuring consistency with standards
- Support daily operations, including opening/closing duties and shift leadership
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-focused environment
- Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and operational excellence
