About The Position

Northwest Center Kids is seeking a dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join their team. This role involves developing and implementing positive, nurturing, and stimulating programs suited to children's individual developmental needs and maintaining supportive relationships with families. The position supports children ages birth to five. The ideal candidate will be patient and professional, with a child-centered philosophy of how children learn and grow. Northwest Center Kids Early Learning focuses on inclusive early childhood education, where children with and without disabilities learn and play together. This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement with the SEIU Local 925 union.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Early Childhood Education with two (2) years of experience
  • Must be a team player and love all children
  • Some experience with children of all abilities is preferred but not required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis on Early Childhood Education or related field
