About The Position
Learning Grove is a leading nonprofit early childhood education provider serving Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky for over 40 years, recognized as a top workplace by the Cincinnati Enquirer for four consecutive years. The organization offers high-quality, home-like classrooms for children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering developmentally appropriate, play-based curricula that support children’s growth across intellectual, social-emotional, physical, and language domains. The role is guided by Constructivist Theory and child-led play, requiring collaborative work with families and a passionate team to co-create meaningful learning experiences tailored to each child’s needs.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for equity, inclusion, and building strong family partnerships

- Bachelor Degree preferred
