About The Position

This position is for an experienced Lead Toddler Teacher who brings warmth, patience, creativity, and genuine joy into the classroom every day. Requirements

  • Must meet Pennsylvania Lead Teacher qualifications.
  • A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or another Pennsylvania-approved equivalent) from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Experience working with toddlers (12–36 months) in a licensed childcare or preschool setting is required.
  • Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices for toddlers.
  • Reliable, dependable, and professional with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in connection with the care of young children.
  • Must successfully complete all required Pennsylvania state background clearances and licensing requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience leading a toddler classroom is strongly preferred.
