About The Position

This position is for an experienced Lead Toddler Teacher who brings warmth, patience, creativity, and genuine joy into the classroom every day. Requirements

Must meet Pennsylvania Lead Teacher qualifications.
A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (or another Pennsylvania-approved equivalent) from an accredited college or university is required.
Experience working with toddlers (12–36 months) in a licensed childcare or preschool setting is required.
Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices for toddlers.
Reliable, dependable, and professional with excellent communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in connection with the care of young children.
Must successfully complete all required Pennsylvania state background clearances and licensing requirements.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience leading a toddler classroom is strongly preferred.
