Altaflex, a division of OSI Electronics, is seeking for a Electrical Test Lead Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will oversee electrical testing operations within our Flexible PCB production line. This role is critical to ensuring product quality, process reliability, and on‑time delivery. The candidate must have hands‑on electrical testing experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of flexible circuit manufacturing tests and result documentation. This role is responsible for training team members and overseeing the work of the electrical test team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; experience may be substituted for a degree.
  • Minimum of 3+ years in PCB or Flexible PCB electrical testing.
  • Must be able to read schematics.
  • Experience with flying probe testers, fixture testers, or similar automated test systems is needed.
  • Must be able to read and interpret PCB drawings, Gerber files, and test specifications.
  • Strong understanding of electrical test principles: continuity, isolation, impedance, resistance, and shorts detection is needed.
  • Must be able to work in fast paced environment.
  • Must have excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
  • Written and verbal communication skills in the business language English are essential.

  • Prior experience in a leadership role having trained or supervised operators desired.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and delegate work activities to other members of the team; lead training and cross-training on procedures, electrical test methods.
  • Perform set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of flexible printed circuits.
  • Operate, program, and maintain electrical test equipment using ATG 7 flying probe.
  • Perform tests and document results.
  • Debugging and rework as needed.
  • Prepare certificates, spreadsheets, graphs, and reports.
  • Perform electrical testing to verify continuity, isolation, and impedance parameters.
  • Troubleshoot electrical failures and determine root causes and corrective actions.
  • Lead daily activities of the electrical test team, including task assignments, training, and performance support.
