HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? Lead the design, development, and deployment of manufacturing test solutions for medium- to high-complexity products. Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable test systems on schedule and within budget while driving technical innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field required.
  • 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing test development or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Expertise in manufacturing test strategy, DFT, structural and functional test development.
  • Experience with PXI/LXI systems, custom hardware, automation fixtures, and test instrumentation.
  • Strong programming skills in LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, C#, ANSI C/C++, or similar.
  • Knowledge of OrCAD, AutoCAD, FabMaster, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools.
  • Excellent customer communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead technical projects, mentor team members, and travel up to 50% domestically/internationally

Responsibilities

  • Lead test development projects from concept through deployment.
  • Architect electrical, mechanical, software, and system-level test solutions.
  • Develop test quotes, schedules, validation plans, and technical documentation.
  • Design and support ICT, MDA, Boundary Scan/JTAG, functional, ESS/HASS, and system test solutions.
  • Develop solutions using LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, TestStand, C#, ANSI C/C++, Visual Basic, and related tools.
  • Support DFT analysis, hardware/software debug, validation, installation, and production support.
  • Partner with project managers and customers to communicate status, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
  • Mentor engineers and technicians while leading smaller technical teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company security policies and engineering standards.
