Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- 12+ years of test engineering, systems integration, or verification and validation experience.
- Practical application of DoD testing methodologies and requirements traceability.
- Demonstrated leadership of complex technical test efforts.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Air Force weapons systems testing, automated test frameworks, and Model-Based Systems Engineering environments.
- Professional certifications in INCOSE, Certified Systems Engineering Professional, ISTQB, Certified Tester Advanced Test Analyst, and PMI, Project Management Professional are preferred.
- Additional certifications in Certified Agile Tester, SAFe Agilist, and DAWIA Test & Evaluation Certification are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Leads developmental, integration, verification, validation, and operational testing for advanced defense systems.
- Establishes test strategies.
- Directs execution of test strategies.
- Evaluates system performance.
- Leads multidisciplinary test teams.
- Manages test risks and readiness assessments.
- Delivers comprehensive test reports.
- Briefs Government leadership on findings and recommendations that support system acceptance and operational readiness.
