About The Position

Branch Delivery is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent client experiences across branch locations while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. The Teller role conducts all credit and debit transactions in compliance with established bank policies and procedures. This role keeps a proper cash supply on hand and prepares daily proof records while maintaining an acceptable difference record. It may process night deposits and ATM transactions, deliver excellent service to all bank customers, and refer customers to other bank staff for product sales or problem resolution. This position requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities typically include working under limited supervision for routine situations, providing assistance and training to lower-level employees, and analyzing non-routine problems.

Requirements

5+ years relevant experience
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift objects up to 30lbs

Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day branch service operations
Supporting client transactions
Ensuring accurate and timely execution of all frontline banking activities
Coaching and supporting branch teams to meet performance expectations
Implementing process improvements that strengthen service delivery
Monitoring operational controls to reduce risk and maintain compliance
