The Lead, Technology Solutions Management serves as a change, adoption, experience, and strategic communications partner for EASE. The role helps ensure technology change leads to sustained adoption and intended outcomes while strengthening how EASE communicates its strategy, progress, and impact. Working with portfolio integration leaders, the EASE strategy team, program leaders, and impacted organizations, the Lead shapes and prioritizes incoming needs and develops integrated approaches linking strategy and implementation to measurable value. The role uses personas, customer journey maps, stakeholder insights, adoption measures, and other evidence to assess how technology change affects the end-to-end user experience and to adjust approaches when outcomes are off track. It also manages broader EASE communications and executive storytelling, translating complex strategy, portfolio progress, decisions, and outcomes into clear narratives, presentations, and communications for leaders, employees, and partners. Program and delivery teams remain accountable for implementing the underlying technology and business changes. This is a full-time, onsite role performed at the designated work location five days per week. The listed location is Atlanta, Georgia. No relocation is offered, and AT&T will not hire applicants who require employer sponsorship now or in the future. The role has a 40-hour workweek and a stated annual salary range of $116,700 to $175,100; individual starting salary may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education or training.
