Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in electronic security service and troubleshooting
- Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Avigilon Cameras and servers
- Experience with Ccure card access system
Responsibilities
- Perform system upgrades and existing system additions
- Perform service to installed systems as needed
- Acknowledge, implement, and enforce all SAS policies and procedures
- Maintain an on-going library of all SAS policies, procedures, and technical manuals
- Submit accurate and timely documentation to your immediate supervisor (job status, data entry information, time sheets)
- Attend classroom, web based, and field training as directed by the Branch Manager
- Comply with the SAS vehicle policy and company handbook
- Maintain the appropriate truck stock supplies/tools/equipment
- Maintain the appropriate basic hand tools necessary to perform required duties
- Other duties may also be assigned
